  Singleplayer? Go right ahead! But multiplayer? Hell no! (Unless it's in like dedicated cheater spaces where everyone/the majority are cheating, but in regular lobbies it just annoying af)

  In singleplayer and singleplayer adjacent activities I generally don't care. In competetive multiplayer it can get annoying if it takes the fun out, but I just won't play games where that is an issue too much. What I really despise though, and I had that happen a few times, is people cheating in coop with me, trying to hide it and then lying to me about it when I obviously noticed. That, that is something I absolutely resent and I have not forgotten a single instance of this happening because it has irrevocably damaged my trust in those people, most of which I still have contact with. It sounds a bit crass to say but I feel like this kind of character flaw is the type that would make you cheat on your spouse. Example games where this happened: Terraria, Borderlands

  Disgusting amateurs People who will never be at the top because they will always look for an easier solution. People who don't care about others and only care about their own stats, even if it's meaningless. People who seek to boost their own personal ego and their fake online statistics. They think their so cool by cheating but in reality girls are laughing behind their backs because they're such cheapskates. Some of them are dumb kids who only care about winning. Only later will all of these people realize you can't really cheat your way through life. Unless you do it offline, you're looking to see some crazy, out of bounds secrets. I dig *that* kind of cheating

  I think it really depends on the type of cheat. If they’re just messing around and not ruining the fun of the game, I guess it’s ok as long as everyone is ok with it. If they’re actively ruining the experience for others, then it becomes a problem.

  my opinion? by cheating, I'm thinking of those who use bots and stuff like that to manipulate their performance. this kind of cheating is missing the point to omou lol like they are more concerned about winning or ranking, achieving a certain score. watashi ni wa a game is to be experienced y'know mean. in this game world you sundeiru for a while, acquiring the skills you'll need, and working your way through. experiencing difficulties and wanting to git gud are part of the experience. demo demo demo tabun for those who cheat that's not the point. the point is to win or get good scores so using bots or whatever's just part of the means to that end. that's their play. tabun it's the only way they know how to play. which is kinda sad if u think about it. i dont really play multiplayer games a lot but if I ever experienced playing with a cheater, I'd prolly just go *oh what a sad fucker... prolly didnt get hugs growing up*
