    In Geo class, a teacher taught students that other regions have more citizens than my local city. This means, - don't worry about anything happening "only" around me. - let's get not only a bug's view but also a bird's view 地理の授業で「他の都道府県には、自分たちがいる県の何倍もの人がいる」、つまりは「世間はとても広い」という話と合わせて、 「自分の周り"だけ"で起きてることで無理に悩まない」 「広い視点で考えよう」 と、教訓を得たのを思い出します。
