  hmmm, idk, ig it depends on how you define these words like if you mean emotionless as in stoic or withdrawn, i'm chill with that; i'm even chill with unempathetic folks, as long as they're not malicious and don't fuck with me. the only thing that i'd require is good communication, cuz good communication in production is key to good product and safety. but for the most part i'm a pretty quiet individual and production isn't what i'd call a chatty job, so i'd be chill with someone who's withdrawn but does what they need to do
