    My sarcasm is easily lost in translation so I've accidentally come off a bit rude or stupid at times... oops

For Japanese it was that cutting in while other people talk is not only accepted but even expected. 相槌 is a bit weird since that sort of thing is usually a sign of bad manners.

    When to say 'yes' or 'no'. In Japanese and Korean, an affirmative response like「はい」means that what I was questioned is 'true', while 'yes' in English means that I 'do', response is unchanged and independent by the way it was questioned.
