What is the most insane non-traumatizing event you witnessed as a child that you didn't understand?

  Same as Jpac, pretty gorey, but I have two. First was a guy on the Chilean highway. He was riding a motorcycle some distance in front of us on the other lane and fell off for some reason I do not remember. I do however remember watching cars drive straight over him. The other was a girl who was charging something of hers, might have been her mp3 or her flipphone, on one of the electronic outlets in our school in Moscow. Something must not have been wired correctly because she froze up and started smoking. Thankfully she fell over, letting go of the plug and only broke her arm and I assume some ribs or something (I only really remember her brace). None of these really stayed with me in a "oh my fucking god that was scary" kind of way, more of a "Huh, so I vaguely remember that happening."

  I once saw a guest teacher at my school get a heart attack in the middle of the lesson when I was in 5th grade or so, they tried to save him but sadly he didn't make it, it stays as a memory but it's nothing really traumatizing although tragic
