  To be honest, I don't believe there are many countries where media *doesn't* have a most noticeable effect. I'd be curious if there were any. The real question is which media it is that is affecting the beauty standards. Here it is social media. TikTok with the kids, Instagram with everyone older than that.

  It suggests that every man should have big muscles and abs and be muscular but show no fat. And if your not this way then your disgusting or unhealthy, same for females, but, not with mustles because its "to masculine", girls should have slim waists but wide hips and big breasts, thick thighs, but not to thick, a big butt, but all natrual. This is shat social media implants into alot of peoples heads, but whoever is reading this, as long as your doctor tells you that your healthy, dont worry abt it. Your beautiful.
