If either of us said it in English, I think it would be pretty meaningful, since English speakers don’t normally say it to other people (excluding family) unless we mean it. In Japanese, it depends on which word is used. If it was 愛してる, it’d probably be just as powerful as “I love you” in English, but with 好き and 大好き it depends on the situation, I guess
