  If the person dropped it in front of me, I’d run and give it to them, other wise I’d keep it if it’s no where someone. During work a lady almost left her iPhone in one of my carts and I gave it back to her, she was very happy and so was I but my intrusive thoughts started coming as soon as I gave it. I disliked that.

  See if there was a phone number in it, if so I’d call or text the owner. If not I’d probably take it to the police station after counting the money cause I don’t trust it wouldn’t be stolen and I’d want the owner to get it all back.
