  Usually, I can focus better by putting YouTube videos on in the background, or if work is slow enough I can play like a turn-based RPG in another tab while doing surveys or emails or whatever. Helps mitigate my ADHD somewhat.

  I have been working from home company, It's important for don’t leave it to others and push the work onto one person. And Don't beat yourself up more than you have to if someone says something harsh on an internal social network. I was taking over when my section manager left and my task was over capacity. My colleagues said to me, ‘You do everything and come to work every day. If we don't get to work from home, we'll quit.’ I thought, “Maybe these members won't help me”, so I got sick and took a leave of absence. Whether you work from home or come to work, everyone should take care of themselves. みんな心身大事に過ごしてね

  to wear neat clothes even when no one is looking you don't have to dress up or wear makeup, but wearing a dirty hoodie didnt make me motivated... choose work clothes or office casual... i wear aprons
