  I have a really complicated relationship with it. It helped me bond with my stepfather and stepsister when I was young and hurt from my father leaving, but I also as an adult recognize that the writing and lore building leaves a lot to be desired. I also don't really like the author, so that adds on another piece of it. I think it will always have a special place in my heart for what it was, but if I were to experience it as an adult I'd find it mid.
