Depends. Usually I hang and fold everything. Sometimes I just pull outfits out of the clean clothes basket like a menace.

I don't iron my clothes until I wear them, but I do fold and organize them, even going as far as stuffing matching socks together. Even though half my socks are black only. There are small shade differences, ok?
